Job summary

Oxford Health in Banbury is seeking a part-time Operational Administrator to support the School Aged Immunisation Service. The role is office-based with occasional travel to schools and clinics, coordinating vaccination sessions and providing information to parents to obtain informed consent.

You will create and maintain rotas, organise venues, manage stock, and ensure secure handling of data. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to fulfil duties across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles within a busy service.
• Proficiency in Excel and IT systems.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff rotas to cover vaccination sessions.
• Arrange community clinics and coordinate venues with schools and agencies.
• Manage stock, ordering, delivery and maintain a resources database.
• Support storage, transport and disposal of vaccines and equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of data and records in line with requirements.
• Coordinate vaccination programmes across Oxfordshire.
