Job summary

Wake The Tiger is expanding to London and seeks a friendly Gift Shop Assistant to join the team at Westfield London. You will create a memorable retail experience, help guests discover and buy products that capture the imagination, and work as part of a fast-paced Front of House team.

You will engage customers, manage displays, process payments, and support stock and shop preparation to ensure a welcoming and inspiring visit for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS and stock/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, friendly and engaging retail experience to every visitor.
• Actively engage and approach customers with a positive attitude.
• Keep merchandise displays attractive and fully stocked.
• Operate the till/EPOS system accurately, including card payments.
• Support stock deliveries, replenishment and stock rotation.
