Job summary

Search Consultancy is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager for an immediate start at a flood mitigation project in Pilling, Lancashire. You will oversee civils operations, coordinate subcontractors, inspect paving works, and ensure safety and quality across daily site activities.

The role requires managing tool box talks, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining strict PPE usage while delivering progress updates to project managers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing civils/site teams on flood mitigation or similar projects.
• Strong HSE leadership and toolbox talk delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work to gangs and subcontractors, maintain productivity on site.
• Coordinate delivery, storage and use of materials and tools.
• Inspect paving and kerb work to meet quality standards and codes.
