Job summary

Working with teachers and pastoral staff, you will create a calm, consistent environment, reinforce boundaries, and support pupils to manage challenging behaviours and engage with learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEMH/SEN settings.
• Ability to support pupils with emotional and social needs.
• Strong boundary-setting and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 and small-group support.
• Help pupils understand and regulate their emotions.
• Develop positive relationships with pupils who find school challenging.
