Circle Health Group, located at the Syon Clinic in Middlesex, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead Imaging services on a full-time basis. The role covers 37.5 hours weekly with a flexible shift pattern, enhancing patient-focused service delivery and operational excellence within a multi-modality department.

The successful candidate will drive strategic development, supervise daily operations and liaise with SMT to align clinical goals with business performance across the hospital

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in an acute hospital setting in a Senior Radiographer post or equivalent.
• Experience in a Clinical Lead role.
• Experience of customer care, including interacting with challenging customers/patients and situations.
• HCPC registration is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage service delivery in Imaging with professional deployment of resources.
• Contribute to strategic, operational and business development of the hospital.
• Ensure high quality, responsive Diagnostic Imaging service.
