Job summary

Circle Health Group's Hendon Hospital in London is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the Imaging department, ensuring high-quality diagnostic services and efficient resource management.

You will work with Radiologists to recruit specialists, oversee day-to-day operations, and contribute to strategic development of the hospital. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours weekly and a salary up to £52,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in an acute hospital setting in a senior radiography role.
• Experience in a Clinical Lead/management capacity.
• Proven customer care experience and ability to handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage service delivery within imaging with high professionalism and efficient resources.
• Contribute to hospital strategy, operations and business development.
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging services meet customer and business needs.
• Build relationships with Radiologists to align clinical expertise with department needs and maximize sessional use.
