Job summary

Circle Health Group – Hampshire Clinic in Hampshire is seeking a Clinical Lead for Imaging. This full-time position (37.5 hours) offers a route to lead day-to-day imaging services and work with Radiologists and the DCS to optimise sessions and patient care.

The role requires a Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and a broad radiographic background with specialisation. A demanding but rewarding opportunity within a private healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Experience in an acute hospital radiography setting and senior role.
• Leadership in a multi-modality imaging department.
• Knowledge of IRMER/IRR17 regulations and HCPC Code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day imaging service delivery with high professionalism.
• Maintain dialogue with Consultant Radiologists and maximise sessional use.
• Attend annual meetings with Radiologists to discuss issues and improvements.
• Monitor revenue capture procedures and ensure timely billing.
• Perform radiographic examinations autonomously and in teams.
