Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an Administrative Service Manager (Internal Only). The post holder will oversee the imaging bookings service across Wonford, mobile locations and the Nightingale CDC, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will monitor DM01 compliance, coordinate capacity with radiographers and clinicians, supervise administrative staff, and produce performance information for senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day operational management of a bookings service.
• Experience in supervising administrative staff and workload allocation.
• Knowledge of diagnostic waiting-time targets and DM01 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operational management of the Imaging bookings service across Wonford, Mobile imaging locations and CDC at Nightingale Hospital.
• Managing and supporting administrative staff, including workload allocation, performance, attendance, recruitment and development.
• Monitoring the imaging waiting list and identifying patients approaching diagnostic waiting-time limits.
• Ensuring DM01 compliance and action to prevent breaches.
