Job summary

University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a Junior Operational Services Manager within Imaging to join the team. The post focuses on ensuring delivery of national targets and data validation, with exposure to a wide range of operational issues and staff management.

Qualifications

• Reasonable standard of GSCE A-C (4-9) or equivalent.
• Diploma/Degree in Management or health related subject.

Responsibilities

• Ensure national targets are delivered and data validation is maintained.
• Manage a busy workload in a fast paced and demanding environment.
• As Junior Operational Services Manager, support efficient operational management and delivery of performance targets.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and objectives.
• Play a crucial role within the Directorate Team within Imaging.
