Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Junior Service Manager for the Imaging service at West Middlesex University Hospital. You will assist senior leadership, manage projects and drive service improvements in a dynamic, patient‑focussed environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Master’s level or equivalent experience preferred.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational management to the imaging service.
• Monitor delivery of key quality, productivity and performance targets.
• Investigate and coordinate complaints with clinical teams and patients.
• Lead innovation projects across the directorate in collaboration with senior managers.
• Communicate effectively through regular team and departmental briefings.
• Support patient experience improvements and governance objectives.
