Job summary

The Hampshire Clinic, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Clinical Lead for Imaging to join the team in Hampshire. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a permanent contract and a salary up to £50,000 depending on experience, training and qualification.

You will oversee day-to-day clinical service delivery in Imaging, work closely with Consultant Radiologists and the Director of Clinical Services, and supervise a multi-modality imaging team while ensuring high-quality,

Qualifications

• Experience in acute hospital radiography in a Senior post.
• Experience in customer care with challenging situations.
• Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a multis-modality imaging department.
• Knowledge of IRMER and IRR17.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical service delivery with a high degree of professionalism.
• Maintain dialogue with Consultant Radiologists and support the DCS to maximise sessional use.
• Attend meetings with Radiologists to discuss clinical and operational issues.
• Build and maintain multi-disciplinary relations to meet clinical requirements.
• Monitor revenue capture procedures and ensure timely charge dispatch.
• Conduct radiographic examinations as autonomous practitioner within a team.
