Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Rotational Booking Administrator to join the Imaging Modality administration team. The role involves a rotating shift pattern across specialist areas, handling typing, reception, customer service, and database maintenance to support day-to-day operations.

You will be the first point of contact for the department, communicating professionally and ensuring accurate appointment bookings, meeting arrangements and filing.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent
• NVQ level 2 in Customer Service/Business Admin/ITQ or equivalent
• Admin or equivalent experience
• Experience in a busy office environment or reception role
• Experience of prioritising, planning and organising own tasks
• Experience of IT packages - Microsoft Office
• Experience of working in the NHS
• Experience of working within medical records
• Experience of call handling
• Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations
