Spire Dunedin Hospital is recruiting for an experienced administrator to join the team in the Imaging department on a part-time permanent basis covering 15 hours per week (Monday and Friday 08:30-16:30)
Spire Dunedin Hospital has been serving the Reading community for over 100 years, as a first-class medical facility. Based in the heart of Reading, the hospital has two theatres, 16 inpatient beds, three recovery bays, Oncology services and an Endoscopy Suite.
Based in our Imaging team your role will involve welcoming patients to the department,entering electronic inpatient bookings into our SAP based system, ensuring Theatre and Ward availability and updating the patient with confirmations and changes. You will liaise with Consultants and Medical Secretaries and provide a first-class Customer Service at all times.
