Job summary

Spire Washington Hospital is recruiting an Imaging Administrator on a full-time basis. You will provide exemplary administrative support and patient-facing service, using SAP and RIS to manage imaging bookings. A proactive, confidential approach and good attention to detail are essential.

Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths, with desirable SAP/RIS knowledge and prior healthcare experience. A friendly team environment and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at minimum.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable; SAP or similar booking system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, registers and books appointments for patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Maintains efficient imaging bookings using SAP and RIS.
• Gathers paperwork for radiographers/radiologists to perform examinations.
• Manages departmental communications and confidential information in line with governance policies.
• Supports training and onboarding of new staff as required.
