Job summary

Spire South Bank Hospital is seeking an Imaging Administrator to support the imaging department in Worcester. The role involves welcoming patients, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate records using SAP and RIS systems.

The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, work as part of a team, and ensure confidentiality in line with Information Governance. Part-time hours (26 per week) are offered with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths completed.
• Desirable experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar booking systems is beneficial.
• Good record-keeping and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, registering and booking appointments for patients.
• Maintain an efficient imaging bookings system using SAP/RIS.
• Prepare paperwork for radiographers to perform examinations.
• Manage phone calls and patient enquiries professionally.
• Protect confidentiality and adhere to information governance.
