Spire Dunedin Hospital in Reading is recruiting an experienced Administrator to join the Imaging department on a part-time basis, 15 hours per week (Mon and Fri 08:30-16:30). The role is based in Reading, at Spire Dunedin Hospital, and offers a schedule that supports work-life balance.

Based in Imaging, you will welcome patients, enter electronic inpatient bookings into our SAP-based system, and coordinate with Consultants and Medical Secretaries while providing first-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally with administration.
• Strong communicator who can build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
• Flexible to cover the required hours for part-time role.
• Passion for customer service and pride in delivering quality support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to the Imaging department.
• Enter electronic inpatient bookings into the SAP system.
• Ensure Theatre and Ward availability and update patients with confirmations and changes.
• Liaise with Consultants and Medical Secretaries while delivering first-class customer service.
