• Monitor KPIs and assist with departmental reporting.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI).
• Support staff training, coaching, and development.
• Maintain compliance with FCA and Health & Safety standards.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Basic + Bonus

Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Exeter who are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to support the running of their Service and Parts departments.

The Role

• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Full UK driving licence
