The IM&T Projects EPR & Clinical System Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Trust's Digital Transformation Programme, contributing to the successful implementation, optimisation and continuous improvement of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems and associated clinical technologies. The post holder will work with clinical, operational and technical teams to analyse processes, identify opportunities for innovation, and support the delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that enhance patient care, staff experience and organisational efficiency.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience across healthcare informatics, digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement and emerging technologies within an NHS environment. The post holder will contribute to projects from design and testing through to implementation, benefits realisation and operational handover.
