Wye Valley NHS Trust in Hereford invites applications for an IM&T Projects EPR & Clinical Systems Analyst (Band 5) on a 12‑month fixed term basis. You will support the Digital Transformation Programme, analyzing processes and enabling AI and RPA solutions to improve patient care and staff experience.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience.
• Evidence of using analytical skills to investigate and identify system and data issues.
• Evidence of automating tasks including validation rules to promote efficient and quality assured work practice.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of EPR, AI and RPA projects across the Trust.
• Analyse clinical, operational and administrative processes to identify opportunities for digital innovation and automation.
• Assist in the design, configuration, testing and implementation of digital solutions, including AI-enabled and automated workflows.
• Support system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management activities.
• Work closely with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution development.
• Assist with system monitoring, performance analysis, data quality reviews and issue resolution.
• Support the development of reports, dashboards and visualisations to monitor project progress and benefits realisation.
• Contribute to the production of project documentation, business process maps, standard operating procedures and user guidance.
• Provide first-line support and guidance to users during project delivery, deployment and optimisation phases.
• Support programme governance, reporting and benefits tracking activities across the Digital Programme.
