Job summary

Pathfinder International in Corsham invites an experienced Logistics Officer to manage Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across the CADMID lifecycle. You will work with engineering, procurement and operations to ensure maintainability and optimal spares, tools and facilities, with 1–2 days on site per week.

The role requires the ability to operate in a highly regulated environment, full SC clearance, and Sole UK national status, while collaborating across internal teams and suppliers

Qualifications

• ILS practitioner qualification or civilian equivalent OR CV showing extensive ILS experience.
• Demonstrate and apply Generalist ILS principles.
• Experienced in a highly regulated environment.
• Must be Sole UK National.
• Experience with ILS principles, sustainment and support.
• Experience with ILS Framework and generalist ILS skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ILS strategy and plans (ILSP).
• Oversee the system lifecycle through CADMID cycle with focus on supportability.
• Act as primary contact for ILS with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and operations to ensure supportability.
• Conduct or oversee Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).
• Ensure system is designed for maintainability, reliability and supportability.
• Define and manage requirements for spares, tools, test equipment, and facilities.
• Monitor and manage risks from obsolescence and identify alternatives.
