Job summary

Harrogate College seeks an ilearn Lead to deliver study skills curriculum and run the Independent Learning Hub at Harrogate Campus. You will support students to achieve their potential and lead the ilearn team in developing independent study skills for diverse cohorts on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative and responsive sessions to our student body.
• Act as advocate for skills development and drive our internal strategy.
• Liaise with curriculum staff to ensure offered skills meet needs.
• Lead and support the Harrogate Campus ilearn teams to deliver curricula.
• Manage a resource budget for the site with teaching staff.
