Job summary

Leeds City College in Harrogate seeks a proactive ilearn Lead to deliver study skills and run the Independent Learning Hub at our Harrogate Campus. The role focuses on helping students realise their potential and develop independent learning skills.

You will lead the ilearn team, partner with curriculum staff to tailor skills development for cohorts, and drive innovative approaches to student support. Leadership development opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating clearly with curriculum teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience and willingness to self-develop through CPD and training.
• Experience in managing finances or budgets ensuring value for money.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative and responsive study skills sessions to the student body.
• Lead and support the Harrogate Campus ilearn team to meet curriculum skills development requirements.
• Liaise with curriculum staff to ensure the skills and opportunities meet student needs.
• Manage a resource budget for the site in collaboration with teaching staff.
