Harrogate College is seeking an ilearn Lead to join our team at the Harrogate Campus, delivering our study skills curriculum and running the Independent Learning Hub. This role is central to supporting Harrogate students to reach their potential.

You will join the ilearn team to develop independent study skills, lead development initiatives, work with curriculum staff to meet student needs, and help ensure the service runs smoothly while developing leadership and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative study skills sessions to students on-site.
• Act as advocate for skills development within the college.
• Liaise with curriculum staff to align opportunities with needs.
• Lead and support the ilearn team at Harrogate Campus.
• Manage a site budget for study resources and tools.
