What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors as a Senior Consultant (Manager).
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading teams or collaborating within larger teams depending on engagement size and nature.
  • Contributing to practice development by leading internal initiatives to build industry or technical expertise.
  • Coaching and developing team members and acting as a performance manager in a matrix environment.
  • Applying detailed understanding of technology deployment, strategy, insight, and delivery experience to enable customer-centric solutions.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and focusing on personal and team development as an emerging leader.

What will you need to do it?

  • Proven success in delivering complex programs focused on customer and citizen outcomes.
  • Experience with structured consulting methodologies and implementing customer experience technology solutions (CRM, websites, portals, apps, contact centers).
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programs and leading key initiatives.
  • Experience with digital and customer research assessments, translating findings into strategies and technical deployment plans.
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology roles in customer experience management.
  • Experience in sectors such as Infrastructure, Transport, Central or Local Government, or Healthcare.
