What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading or working as part of teams
  • Contributing to practice development and leading internal initiatives
  • Coaching and developing team members and managing performance in a matrix environment
  • Applying knowledge of technology, strategy, and delivery to customer agendas
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and developing your career

What will you need?

  • Proven success in delivering complex programs focused on customer outcomes
  • Experience with consulting methodologies and customer experience technology solutions
  • Experience in customer-centric change programs and research
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology in customer experience management
  • Experience in sectors like Infrastructure, Transport, Government, or Healthcare
