Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Spend 80-90% of your time engaging with clients and colleagues, leading teams or working as part of a team, depending on the engagement size.
  • Contribute to practice development, including leading internal initiatives to build industry or technical expertise.
  • Coach and develop team members, acting as a performance manager within a matrix environment.
  • Have a detailed understanding of wider capabilities in Strategy, Insight, and Technology deployment, supported by hands-on delivery experience.
  • Build client relationships, manage teams, and focus on personal and team development as an emerging leader.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful delivery in complex programs focused on customer outcomes.
  • Experience in structured consulting methodologies and implementing customer experience technology solutions (CRM, websites, portals, apps, contact centers).
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programs, leading workstreams or key initiatives.
  • Experience with customer and digital maturity assessments, customer research, and translating findings into strategies and technical plans.
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology's role in enhancing customer experience, especially in case management and front-office interactions.
  • Experience in sectors such as Infrastructure, Transport, Central or Local Government, or Healthcare.
