What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading teams or working as part of a larger team.
  • Contributing to practice development and leading internal initiatives to build expertise.
  • Coaching and developing team members and acting as a performance manager in a matrix environment.
  • Applying detailed understanding of technology deployment, strategy, and insights to deliver client outcomes.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and focusing on personal and team development.

What will you need to do it?

  • Proven track record of successful delivery within complex programmes focused on customer/citizen outcomes.
  • Experience in structured consulting methodologies and implementing customer experience technology solutions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programmes.
  • Knowledge of digital, data, and technology in customer experience management.
  • Experience in sectors such as Infrastructure, Transport, Central or Local Government, or Healthcare.
