Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Finance Manager in Luton to lead IFRS 18 impact assessment, design future-state reporting, and drive loyalty programme accounting ahead of 2027 launch. This 12-month FTC offers hybrid working with 60% in-office time and exposure to groups across Finance, FP&A, and technology.

You are a qualified accountant with listed-company experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and the ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations for auditors and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in group financial reporting within a listed company.
• Experience implementing major accounting standards (IFRS 18/IFRS 15).
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IFRS 18 impact assessment across statements, disclosures, and performance measures.
• Define future-state reporting packs and technical accounting papers; coordinate with Finance Systems for data changes.
• Develop IFRS 15 framework for loyalty programme; ensure systems support accurate reporting at launch.
• Engage external auditors; establish governance and controls; provide training and guidance across the business.
