Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking a Finance Manager for Group Technical Accounting on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Luton with hybrid working, the role leads IFRS 18 implementation and the governance around a new loyalty programme under IFRS 15.

The successful candidate will shape reporting for statutory and management purposes, engage with auditors, and translate complex accounting to practical solutions for the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Significant post-qualification experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in group financial reporting within a listed company.
• Experience implementing major accounting standards or finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IFRS 18 impact assessment and reporting changes.
• Define future-state presentation packs and prepare technical papers.
• Work with Finance Systems on data, ledger, mapping and consolidation changes.
• Develop IFRS 15 framework for loyalty programme reporting.
• Engage external auditors and senior finance leaders; establish governance and controls.
