easyJet holidays is seeking a Finance Manager - Group Technical Accounting on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Luton with hybrid working. You will lead the IFRS 18 impact assessment across statutory and management reporting and shape the accounting framework for a new loyalty programme launching in 2027.

You will collaborate with Group Finance and external auditors, translating complex standards into practical reporting solutions for the business in a hybrid, office-based role.

Competenze

• Qualified accountant with deep IFRS knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex accounting issues into clear recommendations.
• Experience in group financial reporting and major accounting changes.

Mansioni

• Lead IFRS 18 impact assessment for primary statements, disclosures and measures.
• Define future-state reporting packs and accounting papers; coordinate data changes.
• Develop IFRS 15 framework for loyalty programme and ensure systems support go-live.
• Engage with external auditors and senior finance leaders; provide training and governance.
