Job summary

easyJet seeks a Group Technical Accounting Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Luton with hybrid work, spending 60% in the office. You will lead IFRS 18 assessment across statutory and management reporting and help govern loyalty programme accounting under IFRS 15.

The role requires a qualified accountant with deep IFRS knowledge and experience in group reporting for a listed company, translating complex issues into practical reporting and engaging external auditors.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Significant post-qualification IFRS expertise.
• Experience delivering major accounting standard implementations in a listed company.

Responsibilities

• Lead IFRS 18 impact assessment across statements, disclosures and performance measures.
• Define future-state reporting packs and accounting papers; coordinate with Finance Systems for data and mapping changes.
• Develop IFRS 15 framework for loyalty programme and ensure robust governance and controls.
• Engage external auditors and senior finance leaders; provide training and guidance to build readiness across the business.
