Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd in Worcester is partnering with a well-established, award-winning independent financial planning firm to recruit an IFA Administrator / Paraplanner. You’ll support Financial Advisers through the client journey, manage workflows in Intelliflo IO, and handle reviews and new business administration.

The role offers hybrid working, a supportive team, and clear progression into paraplanning with exposure to pensions, investments and portfolio analysis.

Qualifications

• Previous IFA / financial planning experience.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of pensions and investments.
• Proactive, personable and keen to develop.
• This could suit an IFA Administrator looking to move further into paraplanning, or an existing Paraplanner looking for a broader adviser support role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Financial Advisers across the client journey
• Managing workflows and cases through Intelliflo / Intelligent Office
• Client review and new business administration
• Provider and platform liaison
• Pension and investment administration

• Suitability reports and review documentation
