IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator in Blackpool to support Financial Planners and provide a high-quality client service. You will handle new business, documents, and diary management, acting as the main contact for clients and providers.

The role requires strong admin skills, knowledge of financial planning products, and proficiency in MS Office. Hybrid working applies after probation, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator
• Knowledge of Financial Planning products
• Proficient in Word and Excel (MS Office/Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Process new business for clients ensuring accurate information is reflected in paperwork and systems
• Be first point of contact for clients and handle general queries
• Arrange client meetings, valuations, and manage diaries
• Prepare client application forms in line with recommendations
• Prepare letters of authority for signing
• Complete post-meeting actions and minutes
• Provide admin support to Financial Planners and paraplanning team
• Coordinate with central services to support workflow
