Job summary

IDEX Consulting in Gloucester is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to provide administrative support across the full client journey, from new business to ongoing transactions.

You'll work with Financial Advisers in a national planning business, using back-office systems like Intelligent Office, with hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, and clear opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Services Administrator or similar role.
• Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) or similar back-office system is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of financial planning, providers and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Process new business applications and paperwork through to submission to providers.
• Verify client identity where required.
• Assist Advisers with client cash handling and placing trades per adviser instructions.
• Maintain accurate client and plan records in the back-office system.
• Manage tasks from Advisers, Managers and the team.
• Prepare quotations, applications and features for Adviser meetings.
