IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their Blackpool team. You will support Financial Planners, manage client communications, and handle administration from new business to meeting packs.

Key duties include preparing applications, supporting paraplanning, and coordinating with providers. Hybrid working after probation is available; strong attention to detail and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Solid numerical and data handling abilities.
• Ability to manage diary and meetings efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process new business accurately and update systems.
• Be the first point of contact for clients and advisors.
• Arrange meetings, meetings packs, and diary management.
• Prepare application forms and letters of authority.
• Support paraplanning and case submission workflows.
• Coordinate with central services to ensure smooth service delivery.
