Job summary

Financial Divisions in London (Harrow area) is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their supportive team. You will provide essential administrative support across pensions, investments and protection, ensuring a professional service throughout the financial planning process.

Working in a collaborative environment with experienced advisers and paraplanners, you will handle client documentation, liaise with providers, and assist with reviews. Hybrid 2-3 days from home.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator.
• Experience processing pensions, investments and protection business.
• Knowledge of FCA-regulated financial planning processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
• Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
• Preparing review packs and supporting annual review meetings
• Monitoring business pipelines and following up outstanding requirements
• Assisting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administration
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and compliance requirements
