Job summary

Financial Divisions is recruiting an IFA Administrator near Hemel Hempstead for a hybrid role after training. You will support wealth advisers by processing new business, client onboarding, and servicing across multiple providers, with XPLAN training provided.

You should have at least two years of IFA administration experience and be confident using provider platforms and CRM systems. The role offers exam support (CII) and a 4% employer pension through salary sacrifice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' IFA administration experience.
• Confident using provider platforms and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of FE Analytics, Defaqto or Cashcalc advantageous (training available).

Responsibilities

• Process new and existing business.
• Effectively onboard all new clients.
• Processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals and policy servicing across multiple providers (Aviva, Fidelity, Prudential, Aegon, Quilter etc.).
• Maintaining client records on back-office systems (XPLAN training provided).
• Supporting advisers with valuations, reports and compliance administration.
• Liaising with clients and providers to deliver excellent service.
