Job summary

Recruit Wealth are delighted to represent one of the largest national Financial Planning businesses, seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a regional office in Milton Keynes. You will work with Financial Planners and Paraplanners to ensure a smooth, professional financial planning experience for clients.

Responsibilities include handling client correspondence, processing applications across pensions, investments and protection, and supporting the advisory team with meeting preparation

Qualifications

• Experience within an IFA/Financial Planning administration environment.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client correspondence and maintain strong client relationships.
• Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation.
• Arrange client meetings and manage financial planner diaries.
• Request provider illustrations and product information.
• Maintain accurate, well-presented and compliant client records on internal systems.
• Handle client inquiries, provider communication and requests.
• Provide general back-office and operational support using Intelligent Office IO.
• Ensure all administration is carried out in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
