Qualifications

Previous experience within financial services administration.
Experience as a Financial Administrator, IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator.
Ideally, experience dealing with pensions, investments and/or protection.
Understanding of financial planning processes and FCA-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection.
Preparing and maintaining accurate client documentation.
Liaising with clients, providers and third parties.
Preparing client review packs and supporting annual review meetings.
Monitoring business pipelines and following up outstanding requirements.
Obtaining policy information and chasing outstanding documentation.
Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners with day-to-day administration.
Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems.
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA and compliance requirements.
