Job summary

Premier Jobs UK is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support a Senior Financial Adviser in Westerham. You’ll ensure the client journey runs smoothly from consultation to implementation within a stable, locally-focused financial planning firm.

In this hybrid role, you will coordinate adviser diaries, prepare meeting documentation, process new business, produce illustrations and valuations, maintain records, and communicate proactively with clients and providers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Administrator within an IFA or financial planning environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and new business procedures.
• Confident communication skills for client and provider liaison.
• Desirable: Experience using Curo, Intelligent Office or similar platforms.
• Desirable: Understanding of pension transfers, investment platforms and protection processing.

• Coordinating adviser diaries and client meetings
