Recruit UK is recruiting an IFA Administrator in Market Harborough for an experienced candidate to join a well-established Independent Financial Adviser firm. The role involves managing all aspects of financial services administration, including LOAs, client documentation, and liaison with providers and clients.

Responsibilities include handling new business applications, preparing client packs, ensuring FCA compliance, and data gathering for cash flow modelling and portfolio analysis.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year's experience working as an IFA Administrator within an Independent Financial Advice firm.
• Experience with Intelligent Office or XPLAN is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle new business applications and liaise with providers to ensure timely completion
• Prepare client appointment packs and manage adviser diaries
• Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards
• Gather data for cash flow modelling and portfolio analysis
