Job summary

Recruit Wealth Ltd in Liverpool seeks an experienced IFA Administrator to join its client-focused administration team. You will support Financial Advisers, paraplanners and clients with data, documentation and service excellence.

Working in a collaborative, supportive culture, you’ll manage a varied workload across new business, client servicing, investments and pensions, with hybrid working and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services/IFA administration.
• Knowledge of investments, pensions and protection.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for client meetings and suitability work.
• Process new business and applications.
• Manage Letters of Authority and provider correspondence.
• Prepare valuations and update platforms.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy information.
• Liaise with clients, providers and internal teams by phone and email.
• Keep client files and records fully up to date.
• Support advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administration.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide a professional and responsive service to clients.
• Support occasional local marketing and wider business initiatives.
