Position Details
  • Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8EB
  • Position: Full-time (office based)
  • Basic Salary: up to £30k pa (DOE)
Role Overview

Our client seeks an experienced, enthusiastic Administrator to support their team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their responsibilities and assist advisers, paraplanners, and team members.

Candidate Profile

Looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in an IFA practice, capable of working independently, with a strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills. Stability in employment history is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Gather and review documentation such as illustrations, fund factsheets, and application forms.
  2. Prepare for meetings by producing valuations and collecting necessary documentation.
  3. Complete product applications, trust documents, and submit new business.
  4. Monitor applications and fees, issue client documentation, and perform electronic ID checks.
  5. Update client records and policy information accurately.
  6. Respond to inquiries from clients, colleagues, and providers.
  7. Manage relationships with providers and handle fee and commission queries.
  8. Produce client valuation reports and manage policy information updates.
  9. Handle encashment and withdrawal requests and maintain internal logs.
  10. Manage diary and provide cover for team members in their absence.
Requirements & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience at an IFA firm.
  • Organized, conscientious, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Intelliflo, and back-office systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Client-focused with good industry knowledge.
  • High attention to detail and professionalism.
