Salary: £25-35k DOE

Location: Alcester - Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office

The Role

To assist the Finance Department in creating, maintaining, and enhancing reporting solutions.

Key Tasks

• Creating, maintaining, and enhancing reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights to the business.
• Working across departments to develop and maintain data quality and keep records up-to-date.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Following Experience

• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups, nested if statements, etc.).
• Experience with advanced tools to extract data from sources - SQL, Power BI.
• Designing tools, including dynamic dashboards, to monitor business performance and support goals.
• Experience working with large datasets, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and optimization of data delivery.
