Job summary

Pareto Financial Planning, part of K3 Advisory Group, is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and client support to Financial Advisers, ensuring efficient processing of business, high-quality client service and regulatory compliance.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Manchester office and 2 days from home each week, with a 35-hour week and a generous benefits package. The position will support ongoing client service and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IFA Administrator handling client and administrative tasks.
• Solid knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process new business and fund switches.
• Chase new business through to completion with providers.
• Adhere to AML procedures and FCA regulations.
• Manage client records and data in Intelliflo.
• Provide client portfolio summaries and valuations.
• Support client onboarding via Client Portal (launch 2026).
• Ensure service levels and SLA compliance.
