Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our Kingswood-based team. The role involves providing comprehensive support to the adviser, managing the adviser’s diary, handling client queries, and ensuring seamless processing of client instructions and policy documents.

You will work with colleagues to ensure adherence to company procedures, act as a client contact in the adviser’s absence, and facilitate meetings and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IFA Administrator role is required.
• Strong diary management and client service skills.
• Knowledge of AML, auditing and regulatory procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal support to the adviser and manage the adviser’s diary.
• Handle bespoke adviser queries and requests.
• Ensure timely execution of client instructions, cheques, contracts and policy documents.
• Collaborate to ensure adherence to company procedures and standards.
• Act as a point of contact for clients in the adviser’s absence and respond to queries.
• Book all client meetings including annual reviews.
• Prepare meeting packs and client correspondence.
• Process all sales paperwork from submission to completion and related administration for investments, pensions, protection, etc.
• Process fund switches online or by post.
• Open post daily and pass to other staff for action.
• Assist with mail merge tasks and maintain updated knowledge of company policies.
