Job summary

Ortus PSR, Exeter office, is seeking an IFA Administrator to join a small supportive team. You'll back Financial Advisers across client journeys, from meetings prep to annual reviews and pension/investment administration.

The role offers hybrid working (three days per week in the Exeter office) with a salary up to £32,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be organised, accurate and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an IFA or financial services environment would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers throughout the client journey, from meeting prep to processing new business and annual reviews.
• Prepare client reports and documentation ahead of adviser meetings.
• Check compliance documentation is complete and accurate.
• Process fund switches, purchases and sales on provider platforms.
• Liaise with clients, advisers and product providers.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records in the system.
• Handle enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
