Job summary

Square One Resources is seeking an Architect with deep SailPoint IdentityNow expertise to lead identity governance and access management across a regulated financial services environment. You will design, implement and optimise identity governance capabilities, including onboarding, JML processes, RBAC and SoD controls, while guiding delivery teams and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC experience and IGA proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of SailPoint transformations, identity rules and cloud rules; API integrations and provisioning workflows.
• Proven experience delivering access governance capabilities, including JML, RBAC, entitlement management, access requests and approvals.
• Strong IAM integration and troubleshooting skills across identities, connectors and directories.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments, ideally financial services or asset/wealth management.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership to guide delivery teams and audit remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint IdentityNow design, implementation and optimisation for governance and access management.
• Design and optimise Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and identity life cycle management.
• Establish and enhance access request/approval processes, certifications and SoD controls.
• Provide IAM architecture leadership across integrations, connectors and provisioning workflows.
• Lead remediation activities for audit findings and regulatory requirements (SOX, SEC, GDPR).
• Drive automation, reporting and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
