Qualifications

• Experience supporting IAM processes in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow for governance, provisioning, access management, and certification.
• Experience managing ServiceNow incidents and requests.
• Experience creating identity governance reports and audit information.
• Understanding joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle processes.
• Experience handling change requests per change controls.
• Experience coordinating access certification campaigns and evidence collection.
• Experience building or supporting SailPoint and ServiceNow automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM operations and incidents from a service mailbox.
• Process SailPoint IdentityNow access requests and certification campaigns.
• Collaborate with Azure groups and custom package requests.
• Create and maintain access governance reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate change requests and audit evidence collection.
• Develop or support automation using SailPoint workflows and ServiceNow integrations.
