Ofgem is seeking a Principal IDAM Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise IDAM capabilities. You will shape governance, access controls and lifecycle management, working across architecture, infrastructure and security to implement secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires senior technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with regulatory and business teams. Flexible working with a hybrid pattern is offered across London, Glasgow and Cardiff.
